Good news! The time has come to support your guild for the Ragnarok Philippine Championships 2007. The Wild Card (or top-up voting), a tradition in the RPC, official began last week and is one of the many roads to LIVE 2007, the country’s biggest and baddest online gaming tournament.

MECHANICS

There will be a NOMINATION stage and then the actual VOTING STAGE

1. NOMINATION STAGE

• Duration : July 27, 2007 – August 13

• Announcement of Nominees : August 14

• Rok Stars will vote for the top 20 guilds that will comprise the official list of nominees. And there’s more, we’re giving away prizes for the top 5 nominees. Here they are.
o First Place : Choose either 1 Sleipnir or 1 Brysingamen
o Second Place :Tao Gunka card
o 3rd place : 1 +7 very very very strong House Auger
o 4th Place : 1 Gleipnir
o 5th Place : 500 Old Card Album

• How to nominate
o Starting the Nomination period (July 27 – August 13) every time you use credits, you will receive voting points at the Voting Page. Click here for the link.
o Memorize the “PRECISE” guild name of the guild you wish to nominate.
o Choose what server you wish to vote in.
o Enter the entire guild name or the key words of the guild you wish to nominate. A list of guilds with key words you keyed in will appear. Look closely and choose the precise guild name of who you wish to vote for.
o Assign voting points you wish to give that guild. Press “SUBMIT” and you’re done. You’ll see a confirmation message and your voting points updated. Your load will NOT BE DEDUCTED. The votes will simply go to the guild but you can still use if to play.
o An updated standing list is available through the “View Current Standing” tab.

Top-up card points allocation (by Denomination)

• P20 = 1 vote
• P50 = 3 votes
• P75 = 5 votes
• P100 = 10 votes
• P350 = 40 votes
• P500 = 60 votes
   

Others

• In case of a tie, the guild with the highest guild level wins.
• Prizes will be inserted on the Weekly Maintenance after the Nomination period.
• Vote points will be reset back to zero after the Nomination period (before going into the Voting Stage, see below)

2. VOTING STAGE

• Duration : August 15 – September 13

• Announcement of Qualifiers : September 14

• How to vote :
o Starting the Voting period (August 15 – September 13) every time you use credits, you will receive voting points at the Voting Page.

o Memorize the “PRECISE” guild name of the guild you wish to nominate.
o Choose what server you wish to vote in.
o Enter the entire guild name or the key words of the guild you wish to nominate. The list of official nominees will appear. Look closely and choose the precise guild name of who you wish to vote for.
o Assign voting points you wish to give that guild. Press “SUBMIT” and you’re done. You’ll see a confirmation message and your voting points updated.
o An updated standing list is available through the “View Current Standing” tab.
