If you’re stressed out, overworked and have been traveling a lot lately (like me), sleep should be your best friend.

It’s important to get AT LEAST 8 hours of sleep a day… that’s what my doctor told me. Although I’m not expert, I think that having good sleeping habits is essential to keeping a healthy and sane life.

And in this “life in the fast lane”, don’t forget your daily quota, okay?

And in stark contrast of how to do it right, let me show you a wacky way to help you get some sleep. Of course, I’ll let you decide. hehehe.

    That’s great, loved it. Thanks for the vid, I’ll save it for later viewing :) I do get a good amount of sleep, though, mostly 9 hours a night.
