Video: Iron Man the Movie Trailer

One of the most anticipated Hero-to-Film flick is Iron Man.

The movie stars Robert Downey Jr. as Billionaire Tony Stark. At first I wasn’t convinced that he’d do justice to the role. But after seeing the trailer, I’m a true believer now.

In the movie, Stark does not don the famous “gold and red” suit of armor at first. He looks like a dork under a diver’s suit, the first armor that he makes. Am certain that this gets ripped to shreds and he finally designs the classic Iron Man armor.

Well, enough talk… let’s see the trailer shall we?

According to the IMDB entry, the film may be slated for a 2008 release. It’s currently in the final stages of production.

I hope that they wrap this thing up pretty soon. I can’t wait!

Aside from Downey, Iron Man stars Jeff Bridges, Gwyneth Paltrow and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury.

    only ironman? they should’ve have a movie with the avengers after this one…

    confirmed enemy is iron monger with mandarin waaaaaaaay back in the shadows controlling the stuff.

    the first armor is exactly the armor he made in tales of suspense.

    Side note - in Guild Wars, one of my character names is Obadiah Stane (Jeff Bridges). Naunahan ko na sila. Belat!
