Sometimes, when we have tests of new games or new episodes, we hire game testers to help us. Much like other companies do. But here, the pay’s not a whoppin’, huge pile of cash. More often, we get volunteers who would gladly help us since they are just passionate about playing.
Such is the life of a video game tester. In the US, some people have taken this as a full time career. But very few really do make a living out of it. A lot see it as a dream job. Who wouldn’t? You get PAID to PLAY.
What can be better than that?

The points made in this article are quite true. Video game testings can be fun, but is a job just like any other – you are required to work a full day and this type of work can be extremely tedious. C’mon people being a game tester is not all it’s cracked up to be. It can be boring hard work. Do your research and find out what it is really about before thinking it’s such a great job.
