Ventrilo and TeamSpeak are also great programs to use to coordinate your guild while playing in-game and is great with PvP. Used both for Guild Wars PvP and Vanguard: Saga of Heroes PvP.

hmm you forgot Xfire GM T
Although it’s mainly used to track how often you play your game, it has an in-game chat feature for headset users. Not very useful for some but definitely a must when directing PVP conflicts.
