A couple of days ago, it was the first keynote for Apple without Steve Jobs. Successor, CEO Time Cook did the keynote and unveiled the iPhone 4S. Seems that some Apple fanboys were disappointed when they found out that there’s NO iPhone 5. The 4S is a major upgrade of the iPhone 4 and will be sold at the same price. The iPhone 4S. New Features

• Dual Core A5 Chip
• All new 8MP camera and optics
• iOS5 and iCloud
• “Siri” – Well, to put it bluntly, Siri is kinda like the sci-fi movies where you ask the computer to do things to you via voice. It’s like when Batman asks the BatComputer to do stuff.  Now you can do that on your new iPhone 4S.

Some critics say that the 4S (which took 16 months to develop) is a move to bring the iPhone back into the market versus some serious competition (the Samsung Galaxy S series comes to mind). It’s just an update, some say that will make the iPhone sexy and desirable again. This means that the old iPhone 4 will be more affordable now. Hmmm… I might consider that.
