Ragnarok Philippines has always been close to my heart… I’m sure it’s also close to yours.
Maybe 9 out of 10 Pinoy MMORPG players started with Ragnarok, the game that ushered in the birth of the online gaming revolution in the country. And now, thanks to the efforts of my new RO Brand Manager, Ryan Sacares, his RO team and of course, to all peeps and departments in Level Up who helped in the project, we recently launched the YGGDRASIL LIF project - or the BALIK RAGNA campaign.
The premise is simple: Invite your old Ragnarok playmates/friends. If they return and top-up, you get corresponding points. Save those points and you can exchange them for FREE INGAME ITEMS which will help you in making your character stronger.

Yggdrasil Lif Project Mechanics
Mechanics:
Recruiter:
1. The promo is open to all existing active Ragnarok Online players.
2. The active player must log-in his account and register at the “RESURRECTION” page to qualify as “recruiter” and will get a special “Recruiter CODE”.
3. An active player can invite his friends who are inactive Ragnarok Online players* to play again by sending email to his inactive friends with his recruiter code.
* Players who have not played Ragnarok from Jan 1, 2004 to Nov 16, 2008 are classified as inactive players.
4. The returning (inactive) player must log in his/her email address to confirm the invite. Recruit must click the link given to him/her and input the “Recruiter Code” of the friend who recruited him to the given site.
5. Maximum of ten (10) confirmed invitations per active player only.
6. The recruiter will gain points when the recruit tops up his account. For every P100 top up, the recruiter will get one (1) point.
7. Accumulated points of the recruiter can be converted to the following in-game item of choice via website confirmation.
8. The recruiter can redeem the in-game prizes via automatic in-game insertion to his account every time he confirms his conversion of points.
9. The recruiter must log-in his account and claim the free in-game items through Cool Event NPC in

10. The recruit will get a “welcome Kit” once he tops up a minimum of P100 load to his account.

11. The free in-game items will be automatically inserted to the account of the recruit one (1) day after the confirmation of his top-up. Cut-off time of confirmation is 3pm daily.
Promo Period:
12. Promo period is from March 4 to April 30, 2009. (phase 1)
13. Employees of Level Up including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
