How To Restore Your Gadgets To Just Like New

Scratches and the normal “wear and tear” on our gadgets are NOT good. First, they suck… no one wants a cool expensive gadget like an iPad or an iPhone with a lot of scratches, dents or maybe even cracked or chipped glass/LCD (face covers).

Well, fear no more. A guy is teaching us how to do it with some sandpaper, a 3M Headlight Restoration kit and some elbow grease.

Gundam Tieren Ground Type Part 1

I really had fun building the M1A1 Abrams modern battle tank. There were lessons there that I was excited to put into my next project. Techniques such as pre-shading and battle-damage were among the experiments that proved to be successful. I was hoping to apply those (and maybe improve upon it) on my next Gundam build.

After endless searching I finally found the perfect model (in Greenhills), an HG Gundam Tieren Ground Type mobile suit. This is the perfect mix of “ruggedness”, the Tieren doesn’t look like the average Gundam and I was pretty much excited to tackle it head on.

As another contribution to Darren Rowse’s 31 Day Blogging Project, here’s my take and tips on how to make Google Adsense work for your blog. If you’re living under a rock, adsense is one of the more popular ways to monetize your blog. There are others, but if you’re new to blogging, start with adsense.

Let’s begin by answering the question: “WTF is adsense?”

Adsense ads are basically text or image ads that google puts in your blog. Depending on your blog content, advertisers pay google so that relevant topics, products, services and sites automatically appear on your blog or website. In turn, google pays you a reasonable commission based on the number of people who clicked and the number of hits on your site.
