We’ve been slowly winning against the “War on Terror” on RF Online. These “terrorists” are the cheaters and hackers who crash the RF servers on purpose.

Recently, through our OWN initiative (without the help of CCR), we did something that reduced the server crashes. Of course, we can’t tell you the exact details otherwise the cheaters and hackers will use it against us. Although the problem is not totally solved, at least there’s a huge reduction in the number of server crashes.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT ON RF SERVER CRASHES UPDATE 

Citizens of Novus,

Through Level Up’s initiative, we recently implemented a temporary solution to the server crash problems over the weekend. The good news is that after implementation, we noticed a significant decrease in the number of server crashes. We hope that this trend continues.

Nevertheless, we continue to request for your vigilance and patience. Should you know of any other way to bypass this fix or crash the servers, kindly file a ticket and report it to us via www.levelupsupport.ph.  We will treat all reports with confidentiality.

RF’s “war against terror” is not yet over. If the three races are fighting amongst themselves in the game, we are all united in this war against greedy individuals bent on duping, cheating the game and acquiring illegal items for themselves.

We are slowly winning and we’re proud to say that we’re doing this for the sake of the game and for our community. We believe crime does not pay and we are doing all that is possible to hunt down and stop these unscrupulous individuals.
