This damaging the company's credibility they manage to open a topic In FB about the situation but GMs Have Ignored players and have not provided any Information on whats really going on. The customer support and service website cannot be accessed aswell depriving the players anytype of response without a warning or a heads up. This may all be business talk but people pay to play and a liability must be set for the Inconvenience a reply, response or update on the situation is the least they can provide the players otherwise its just a very Incompetent.
