I have some of your older Poring/Drops dolls and I really feel that the construction of the “tail” is dangerous. It seems to be made of “alambre” or some kind of stiff wire, which I believe can hurt a child’s eye. I’m planning to confiscate or retake my nephew’s Poring dolls, which they took from me anyway , because it makes me feel uneasy.

Please distribute safer RO dolls in the future. I got to have something to replace the dolls I confiscate or the kids will cry me a river.

Finally an open topic that focuses on Ragnarok Online. I would like to thank first LU for bringing this game to Philippine shores and trailblazing the MMORPG scene. It’s been almost 5yrs now and pRO is still here and I do hope it will stay for more years. Here are some things I would like to stress out.
Being first does not mean it’ll be out.
Please continue promoting Ragnarok Online and treat it as one of your [if not the most] successful games ever launched. It has so much features to boast considering its simple graphics and subtle concept. Visibility of promotional banners and events will always be a good move for the benefit of the game to be well known.
Activities and in-game monitoring.
If botters cannot be scraped off, fine. But please cleanse the game from dupers and scammers. It kills the game because of quitting players and chinks the standards of potential players. The events are fine. BTA, RPC, RWC but it will be much much better if felons are removed from the game. The latency is also a problem with the game. Smooth operations in-game will lessen the hassle to players and will again, increase their drive to play.

Regarding Customer Service agents, can you ask them to help find alternate solutions to a player’s problem instead of just saying “the solution you requested cannot be done because Vanguards are not allowed to do that”.

My suggestion is to find the core of the problem and find an alternate solution.

An example, my case, which happened well before the server merge: my nephew sold the RO item called “Pile of Books” to an NPC. My problem is that I can no longer continue/finish the quest for that character. My first suggestion: have the Vanguards re-insert the “Pile of Books” item back into the character’s inventory. The CS agent said it can’t be done period.

In my case, my core problem is that I can’t finish my quest. Since my solution can’t be used, I’m still willing to accept an alternate solution that fixes my core problem, even if it meant rolling back my character. If the CS agent suggested it then, I would have accepted that compromise.

That’s what I mean, give alternate or compromise solutions instead of just saying “no”.

Maybe it’s wishful thinking or too complicated, I don’t know.

Got lots of friends and guildmembers who complain about how hard it is to acquire pRO installer CDs in their respective areas. They’re all pretty much willing to pay more, not just to get rid of the inconvenience but also to have it serve as collectibles.

How about making the installer CDs available through door to door delivery (JRS / DHL / LBC). They can pay for it including cost of delivery through rok points / load credits. ^_^

Suggestion lang, sana magkaroon din ng mga mini-tournaments like ung mga Mastersmith Tournament or something like that. Tapos WOE battle para naman sa mga baby jobs.

Isa pa, may naririnig akong haka haka tungkol sa mga problema sa moderating team, bigla silang nangonti, nakakapanghinayang at isa nlng na mod ang nakikita kong active sa ragnaboards.
