PLDT Connection Issue Update
We are aware of some difficulties regarding connectivity as reported by most of our players who are subscribers of PLDT MyDSL.
As mentioned previously, Level Up! is currently coordinating with PLDT in resolving the Internet Service Provider’s connection issues with our games. We are currently in the process of resolving these issues by upgrading hardware and troubleshooting our connection facilities.
Please be assured that out technical team is in continuous contact with PLDT to get all of you back online inside your favorite Level Up! games. We apologize for the inconvenience.
