MyLevelUp Feedback

Lately, my team and I have been sharing notes on the various “possible” issues concerning MyLevelUp, our centralized E-wallet. We started this system in the Philippines and now, even Level Up Brazil has one.

MyLevelUp is a single account where you can link all your gaming accounts under “one roof” so to speak. But from reports gathered via some of our forums and from reports coming in from the field, it seems that there may be some concerns regarding the speed and functions of this account management tool.

Our job is all about service. And this post is meant to be one way to get direct feedback on this regard. My goal is get actual data from you guys so I can alert the people responsible and ultimately, fix the service and make it better.

Before you comment, here are some guide questions and notes:

  • Registration – is it easy to register? How long does it take you? What suggestions do you have to make this better? Are the instructions on the site easy to understand?
  • Linking – Is it easy to link your game account? If not, what part is difficult? Have you encountered any bugs? What kind? What other problems have you encountered when linking or unlinking your account? Do you think it’s wise to take away the “unlink function”
  • Security – are you ok with the idea of a single account to house all your MMORPG game characters? Are you not scared of hackers or account compromise? Do some of you make SEPARATE MyLevelUp accounts just to be sure? What are your thoughts and suggestions to improve this
  • Speed – How often does it lag? Is it easy to top-up? How long do you have to wait before the page refreshes? Any other problems regarding this?
  • Support – Are your concerns being handled correctly by our Customer Support team? Do you think they are well-trained or armed with the proper information? What can we do to make this better?
  • Features – What other features would you like to see in MyLevelUp in the future?

    mylevelup is compatible with FireFox but the plug-in from nProtect isn’t. I haven’t had problems with it despite this.

    The site does take a very long time to load on a dial-up connection. It must be that Flash thingy that shows off the HyperMart but doesn’t lead anywhere, meaning the link is broken.

    * Registration – it’s ok
    * Linking – Sometimes its difficult to link a new RO account when there is already old account in place. I think I used firefox to link the other one the ie don’t work.
    * Security – still don’t trust security. i only top up at my house. I don’t even have those messengers that can give hackers advantage.
    * Speed – It’s working fine
    * Support – Customer service sucks. Obviously they lacked training. They mostly misinterpret what players are asking them. They are good at copy and paste XD. LUG needs allot of improvement here.
    * Features – The feature i would like is to have a autodebit/debit feature from a users atm/creditcard account that can load gametime or rokpts so that players like me wont have to go to a store and buy ro topup.

    Yeah, customer support lang talaga ang sobrang poor ang performance. Are they even players themselves? Kasi ang player maiintindihan niya ang kapwa player niya. Usually they give round-abouts, and the waiting time is too long. They don’t even answer the question most of the time. Stupid answer=angry customer. >_

    Ung Direct Top UP po sa ragnarok..hindi gumagana.
    Lagi dinidirect sa MyLU. Eh pano naman kami na ayw gumamit ng MyLU. Pls pakiayos po un,nag direct top up page pa..eh hindi naman gumagana! Pls paki ayos!

    Customer support! Dapat meron parang sa WoW, yung may list of usual bugs and problems, tapos naka-classify yung mga types ng problems.

    Di na maganda yung e-mail type, tanda ko nung kailangan ko ng CS, mga 3 months na palitan ng email. Dapat may instructions na gagawin na isang bigwasan lang, para isang sagot na agad.

    Yung lang talaga reklamo ko, yung support. Sana hindi copy-paste yung mga sagot, na parang di man lang binasa yung sinabi namin.

    * Registration – Ok by standards
    * Linking – No problems with linking game accounts.
    * Security – Should be upgraded monthly or every three months. Still has some errors, when it says, “KeyCrypt not installed properly.” This error freaks me out so I just load it in another computer.
    * Speed – Loads normally.
    * Support – Either they’re copying and pasting or they’re bots.
    * Features – Can use BPI or any online banking to directly pay for LU load. For added security along with the secret question, there should be an alpha-numeric image needed to input to continue to the next part…

    Pay using ATM or credit card option would definitely be nice! Let’s face it… Marami naglalaro ng game nato na may mga jobs na! When I started playing this game second year college ako. A couple of weeks ago was my 2nd year anniversary at my job. Hehehe. Hassle yung pagbili ng load.

    Here are some clarifications

    1. ATM – thanks for this. We already had a partner before. Let me see if I can talk with them again and resu this system.

    2. There’s something in motion for the rewards program. I’ll let you in when it’s ready for public consumption.

    I’ll bring these concerns to the proper departments para ma-actionan agad. I see that our CS really needs improvement, eh? More training perhaps?

    Yeah, we should be able to purchase game time on the LU website or MyLU. I remember the time when I almost ran out of gas just looking for a cafe where a top-up card is available. >___

    Either more training or more people who have knowledge of MMORPG who can send correct info to the right department and reply with some sense in a way that we don’t think they’re automated messages, if they’re real CS people.

    Probably make a wiki exclusive for them so that they know how to escalate the problems/inquiries of the clients. Just another suggestion.

    * Registration – ok
    * Linking – ok
    * Security – not ok…. once someone got hold of the secret answer all of your accounts are doomed. Why not add another feature like text/cellphone verification for changing the secret answer/question or better yet you need to call the CS dept before you can change it.
    * Speed – is ok but the codes are crappy. some times error messages show up that you don’t know if you made a correct choice or not.
    * Support – is crappy.
    * Features – are ok but you need to add more security.

    Well, nasa states ako ngayon, pero nung umuwi ako, karamihan ng friends ko eh naglalaro ng Ragnarok. That was 1 year go. Ngayon, gusto ko sila makalaro kaya nagdownload ako by bittorrent. Ngayon naglalaro ako ng maayos pero di ako makabili ng rok points. credit Card lang ang alam kong way. E-mail po nyo ako kung may solution. TY

    sana naman mapadali ang pagbuy ng Level-up cards. Kelan magkakaron nung sa ATm na pag purchase? Nakakabuang na maghanap ng load ng ragnarok puro “wala po” ang sagot ng mga bantay sa computer shops waaaaaaaaaaa!!!!
