A Carnival Issue is like a magazine. It’s that post above. Basically, I collect entries from the submitted carnival and then upload it to an issue. It’s like waiting for writers to finish articles and then publishing a magazine iRL.

Hope that the explanation is simple enough. Thanks for the question.
