Christopher Nolan, director of the upcoming Batman movie said that because of Ledger’s death, plans for the sequel will have to be changed. It seems that the Joker was originally supposed to survive The Dark Knight movie. It’s anyone’s guess as to whether Nolan will kill the Joker this summer, or whether a new actor will be cast to wear the funky purple tux, green eyeshadow and crimson lipstick.

Truly a shame, losing Heath. He showed promise. :(

He’s too young to die.I also was surprised of Ledger’s death.Because of this incident some movie afficionados think that this would compensate his recent movie-Batman with more sales.

he was at his peak. I mean the roles he undertook were really challenging so to speak. I’m starting to speculate that the cause of death was accidental. Maybe wrong dosage of the amount he took? There was an article in the Phil. Daily Inquirer on the drugs present: most were prescription drugs, an antihistamine, sleep drugs, anxiety pills.
