    It looks great but I downloaded pictures in it and it won’t turn on after disconnecting from the computer even thought the green light is on after charging it??? Help -I do like it. It’s new.

    Hi Marcie:) Try connecting your gadget to your pc again. Then retrieve the file that you uploaded in your gadget and replace it with smaller file. Hope this would work for you.

    It wont let me open the software. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice now the computer shows it there but says “No Photo View found. Program terminated.”
    How do I fix that?

    I have downloaded the device and fully charged it but when I go to open the Photo Viewer on my desktop it says to make sure my USB is connected and is on update mode. It is, and I have retried everything…what should I do?

    My keychain photo was not good. The battery was unable to take a charge. I took it back and they gave me another-it works fine! I love it.. It takes 6-7 hours charging on the computer after you run the CD to download the program.
    Those people having trouble with the “not connected or USB not found” make sure you restart your PC & then open the program you downloaded after pluging in the keychain to your computer. You can’t open the program without plugging in th ekeychain either. Hopes this helps some.

    I got my Digital Photo Keychain for Christmas ,I love it ,but some pictures are dark.The guide says
    theres is a LCD brightness ,but its not clear on how to do
    this.
    Does anyone have an answer for this ?

    I received the Innovage Photo Keychain for my birthday and was not able to instal the program. I went to a site that had reviews on the product and a person there gave grate advice on what to do. It worked. However, unfortunately even when the product was plugged into the USB I could not turn product on or off but was able to see the pictures I downloaded however, once I unplugged from the USB I could not turn it on or off. The green light came on showing it was fully charged.

    Can I please get help on this I truly do not wish to give this presence back to the person who got it for me and then they have to take it back and probably have to get another which could end up doing the same thing.

    After seeing a lot of reviews it is very clear that there are challenges to this product of which some are ongoing.

    We got the Innovage digital photo keychain for a baby shower gift. We downloaded the software no problem and started to download all the baby photos onto the keychain. But after unplugging it from the computer we can not get the keychain to turn on. We tried charging it for 5-7 hours with no progress. If anyone has a solution please let us know!!!! or do we just hafta return the POS…

    I received one of these key chains for my birthday. My first issue with it was loading the Mac compatible software onto my Apple Computer so I loaded it onto my PC and everything worked fine until I disconnected it from the USB cable. The second issue that I had with mine was key chain wouldn’t power up/turn on. I tried multiple times for a couple of hours but no luck. Seems like the rechargeable battery had gone bad or something else. Anyhow I’ll be returning mine for something different.

    I have my 60 photos in my “Kodak” program, ready to put into my keychain. I charged the battery, got the software opened OK, but I can’t figure out how to get the pictures to come up. How do I get the Photo Viewer’s “File Manager” to browse and find my Kodak file? I’ve been working on this for three days now, and am really frustrated! I hope someone can help! Thank You.

    The back of the key chain viewer has a reset hole but I see o button. How do I reset it?

    Hold the menu button on until the picture comes on. This may take up to 5 seconds.

    put something small in that reset hole (like a needle) it resets. but i have the same problem with no photo vieser found. program terminated… Tryed everything :/
