The server Valkyrie, Ragnarok’s newest Free-to-Play server is now available for download.

The official site is already launched. But we shall put in the other sections soon. This post will explain to you how to download Valkyrie and install it on your PC.

    It’s because the login server is being flooded by bots who automatically try to connect. We have used a program so that bots will be disconnected from Valkyrie. For more information, check out the OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT regarding this.

    kaya po nahihirapan tayo mag konek dahil po sa mga botters nag kakaroon po ng Denial of Service pag mag lolog-in ka dahil sa dmi ng ping ng mga nag lologin sa server specially bot dahil d nga cla makakonek lalo na pag ung settings ng timeout nila is 1 so after faling to reconnect after 1 second the bot will automatically reconnect and that is one of the main reason kaya po hirap talga mag konek ngayon Am I right GM???

    Kasi po d kinakaya ng server ung dming nag lologin sa map server and log in server kaya po nagkaka ganun dahil nga po sa mga bots na connect ng konek sa server kaya po nagkakaron ng Denial of Service Attack!!

    aw….pagi check mo yung modify isa lng ang magauauto check sa baba….make sure dun yun sa USER/COM name ah….make sure din na patch mo muna yung main ro para di ma gamegaurd….kung ayaw talaga…ryt click ang val…tapos properties tapos may nakalagay dun na compatibility ikaw na bahala asan i check mo dun.

    Please be aware that after you have installed Ragnarok Online you will need to make changes to the disk security permissions for Ragnarok Online. You must grant the “Users” security group permission to modify files in the Ragnarok Online folder. If you do not know how to change NTFS disk security permissions, please contact your system administrator or computer vendor for further assistance. Please follow the instructions below carefully to make the necessary changes:
    1. Go to My Computer.
    2. Doublec click on the C Drive. (or the drive in which Ragnarok Online is installed)
    3. Double click on the Program Files folder. (or the folder in which Ragnarok Online is installed)
    4. Double click on the Gravity folder.
    5. Right click on the RagnarokOnline folder. (or the folder that contains the Ragnarok Online files)
    6. Select “Properties”.
    7. Select the “Security” tab.
    8. Click on “Edit…”.
    9. When Windows Vista presents “Windows needs your permission to continue”, provide your login if needed, and select Continue.
    10. Under “Group or user names:” select the “Users (|computer name|\Users)” group. Where |computer name| is the name of your computer.
    11. Under “Permissions for Users”, select and check the “Modify” permission.
    12. Click OK and Windows will set the security permission on your Ragnarok Online folder.
    13. Click OK again at the RagnarokOnline Properties dialog box.
    14. Start the Ragnarok Online patch client and you should be able to patch and run Ragnarok Online
