Darn this weather! It’s so wet.

Last weekend, I didn’t have Internet service at home. It may be due to this weather. For some reason, I think that the flooding and heavy rains seem to affect DSL service here in our area. Nevertheless, I took care of boredom by playing (and finishing) one of the coolest games (by uber casual game dev Popcap), PLANTS VS. ZOMBIES.

Queen of England Gets Gold Nintendo Wii

Queen Elizabeth, monarch of England recently received a specially-commissioned, gold plated Nintendo Wii from game publisher THQ.

The console came with THQ’s Big Family Games.

PS2 Outperforms PS3 Sales

Whoa there, old one! The PS2 bested its younger brother, the PS3 in sales last month. According to a report from Yahoo Games Plugged In, the PS3 found itself beaten out of fifth place by the PS2.

“A 50% leap in Playstation 2 sales accounts for the surprising change, an increase likely prompted by the system’s price cut on April 1, a move which apparently electrified interest in the nine-year old platform.” the report stated.
