CK Overdrive is a major update to the game. With new features and maps from Crazy Kart 1 and CK2RBO, we promise more racing action for old and new CK fans.

• Maps - Improved maps. Your favorite CK and CK2RBO maps in once complete game! Woot!
• New Avatars – lots of new and cute avatars to choose from
• Race Team Formation – added a chat panel and a new system to choose your team mates and opponents
• Boss Chase Battle – Are you ready for the challenge? Check out the awesome screenies below…

• License Upgrade – Level 40 gives you a Level 1 Pro License and at Level 50 you get the Level 2 Pro License. Only the best racers get dibs on this. Are you one of them?
• After Race Lottery - Get a chance to win random items everytime you complete a race
• Marriage System – propose and marry your CK race partner or “special someone” lolz.

Some important reminders for current CK players

• All your characters, load and stats are intact. You WON”T BE ABLE TO PLAY THE OLD GAME ANYMORE. You have to download and install this new one, the CK Overdrive client is available for download here
• CK2RBO is also closed. We did that in preparation for this awesome new version of Crazy Kart

I thought I’d be a happy guy without stress after the much successful LIVE 2009. Was I wrong. After my 1 week vacation, it’s back to a lot of work as we prepare for a lot of new content updates for our games, not the just the MMORPGs, which I head, but for the casual games too. Everyone in the team is uber-busy and we’re all excited to bring ‘em and announce the updates to the community.

So, in LIVE, we launched the top-secret FPS game, KOS. A few weeks after that (as GM Krieger boldy announced) we also launched GIANTS into the Rohan commercial servers last Nov 16.

This week, race kart drivers went wild as we unveiled the Open Beta of CK 2RBO. Now, we still have something up our sleeves;

• Perfect World players, mark your calendars! Dawn of the Elementals, our newest update will be launched on Nov 23. Check out the details here
• FlyFFers, don’t fret. We also have something in store for you – Version 14: Harmonin. On FlyFF PH commercial servers in Nov 23 estimated

Am currently in Laoag with the Crazy Kart, Grand Chase and Rohan team to celebrate the Pamulinawen festival with all our loyal northern players.

Special thanks goes out to Mayor Michael Farinas and Mr. Franz Felipe for making things possible. The event will be today at the city auditorium (City Hall) and we will be doing Rohan freeplay, CK tournament and GC tournament.

I’m currently at the game area waiting for things to settle down. Will upload photos later and give you more updates. Of course, the empanada is superb!

Meanwhile, check out my trip last year for the festival/event. I’m sure with our good friends who support online gaming in the local government, we’ll be doing this yearly!

A couple of weeks ago, the Level Up teams of Crazy Kart, Grand Chase and Freestyle headed to Cebu for the annual Sinulog Festival.

Last Saturday, October 4, we did the Road to Live event at the SM Mall of Asia. The main event was the Grand Finals of RPC 2008 and once the dust settled, it was Bozanian Beast Fighters who came out the winner. Besting 7 others in the Final 8, Boza is now officially Team Philippines and will represent out country in RWC 2008 on Oct 18 and 19 at the LIVE 2008 event (World Trade Center).

Meanwhile, we had lots of fun at the event. Yours truly, together with GM Atma and the other Community Managers did the hosting and raffled off scores of in-game items, jackets, shirts and freebies.

Aside from the RPC finals, we had RF Skirmish, PW Boss Time Attack and the last battle of the FlyFF Hodet which we, unfortunately, canceled due to technical difficulties (not to worry, GM Atma will be re-scheduling that ASAP). Crazy Kart also had their first ever Drift Invitational event also at the SM MOA grounds.
