Some good news. Gala Networks of Europe has announced the development of an official Manga for Fly For Fun or FlyFF, this will be published by Foolstrip. This manga will be completely free and readable from the web.

My hats off to GM Atma and crew for coming up with a social and geographic advocacy. Who says MMO’s can’t help the environment?
It’s called the Help Stop Global Warming event. This is simply awesome. Now that we all know the potential effects of air pollutants, trash and toxic waste on our environment, we can all pitch in to do a little something for Mother Earth.
The FlyFF team even managed to incorporate an in-game event to help spread awareness about the global warming, the Madrigal’s Bounty Event which will run from June 4 to 18, 2008.

After a looong downtime last Wednesday, May 14, we finally managed to launch FlyFF’s newest patch episode - FlyFF Version 11 Destination: Azria.
Thanks to the efforts of FlyFF Brand Manager, GM Atma, Community Manager GM Kumiko and the rest of the FlyFF team, Destination Azria is now up and running in the commercial server. Well done! Great work, guys! We also got an official website for this latest episode.
Destination Azria features the snow-clad map, Azria with better monsters, drops and EXP. Getting to Azria requires you to purchase a ticket. Tickets are available at the item shop for P90.00 (7 days) and P160.00 (15 days).

By now, you probably know a little about FlyFF version 11.
The brand team for FlyFF, led by the famous GM Atma decided to call this version “Destination Azria”. The focus of this campaign is to invite everyone to try out the new map in V11 called, duh, Azria.
Azria offers a lot of new monsters which give better exp and drops. This map is for high-level FlyFFers to try out their builds and gear. You can only access Azria via the item mall with a special “ticket”… well, at least that’s how I understand it. Me and the FlyFF team will learn more as we do closed beta testing on V11 anytime this coming April. I’ll be sharing with you some notes and actual screenies and possibly some vids.
In the meantime, allow me to show you a teaser of the cool V11Â poster courtesy of the talented Creatives team led by senior artist, Hazel V. Awesome design skillz! Click on it to see the large version.

GM Atma and the lovely GM Kumiko recently came up with another great and fantastic promo for FlyFF Philippines. It’s called the Get Coupons promo.
What’s it about, you ask? Simple lang! If you haven’t topped-up before, simply top-up and we’ll add bonus coupons for you! It can’t get any simpler than that.

Great news FlyFFers!
We’ve just sold thousands of Sprotect Scrolls and lowered its price in half and now, the much-awaited latest version of Fly For Fun (FlyFF) Philippines version 11 is soon to arrive. I was told about this version during my trip last year to Seoul, Korea to attend the Global FlyFF Marketing Forum and GStar 2007. November of last year.
This latest version of FlyFF is sure to deliver tons of fresh content which will satisfy any type of player. This one is a major offering from Aeonsoft, the developers of the game. Me, GM Atma and the rest of the FlyFF team are equally excited about this one - a sure hit for FlyFF PH!

The world of Fly For Fun (FlyFF) is calling all heroes to gather round.
There’s a race… a leveling race to level 120! Not many FlyFFers have reached the zenith of their careers yet. I think less than a dozen by last count. GM Atma and the lovely GM Kumiko have cooked up a treat for all of you.
The first 100 players to reach level 120 will get a FlyFF Premium Jacket (iRL) and a rare/special in-game item. The event will end on February 6, 2008. So get your “addict modes” up and start leveling now!

2007 will soon come to a close. I’ve been officially blogging since February of this year but I started out without my own URL at blogger.com.
After almost a year of posting 1 to 3 articles a day, I guess it’s time to reflect on the my most popular posts of 2007 and put in a few notes and analysis.
