Broke the 8K Mark in my Facebook Page

Wee!

Yesterday was a milestone. I recently broke the 8,000 “like” mark in my Facebook Page.

Thanks to all the new “likers” and my old loyalists who always go there everyday. I’d also like to take this opportunity to take my Mod Volunteer Squad for keeping peace and order at the page. Go team! They’re so dedicated and always reply whenever people ask for help.

Anyways, if you’re not a fan… I mean “liker” yet, head on over to LIKE MY PAGE now.

Again, my utmost thanks to everyone who supported me.

Unboxing StarCraft 2

Thank God for timezones. Today, July 27, 2010 is the worldwide release date of the much anticipated game StarCraft 2. This means we are ahead of countries such as the US. We’ve waited 11 years for this.

Just got mine pre-ordered at Datablitz for P3,500. It came with some freebies for those who pre-ordered.

Only in the Philippines.

Two days before newly-elected President Noynoy Aquino assumed office, then PAGCOR chairman Efraim Genuino issued a check worth P21 Million big ones to Pagcor president and chief operating officer Rafael Francisco.

According to them, this was a blow-out for cops… WTF?!?

Alodia Mobile Downloads

Two of my good friends, Meng Morales and Chinkee Buencamino asked me to help them promote their company’s latest mobile content, Alodia Mobile Downloads.

Who am I to resist the charm of 2 pretty ladies? So I trooped to their launch dinner a week ago and managed to meet (again) Alodia.

Team Shivans (Naked Babies) Wins RWC 2010 Philippine Finals

It’s over!

We have a new Philippine Champion! Team Shivans defeats their sister team, Naked for the honor to represent the Philippines in this year’s RWC. They will fly to Jakarta, Indonesia and compete.

Last year, we finished 1st runner up vs. Japan. Who knows what will happen to us this year? Is it time to become champions? With 4 girls in the team, I hope “girl power” will be FTW!

ToyCon 2010 Event Coverage

Photobucket

Yesterday, I went to the last day of ToyCon 2010. Still at SM Megamall Megatrade Hall.

Honestly, I don’t think that venue can handle the crowd. I had this observation last year and I’m calling out to the organizers to find a bigger venue for next year’s con. With the explosion of Otaku and toy lovers locally, a bigger venue is really needed.

Anyways, here’s my first batch of photos from the event…. toys first. I’ll upload the cosplayers in a separate album/post

You Voted. Now What?

The elections are over. Most of the winners have been proclaimed. It’s been a great “first” for our country, the first (and fastest) automated elections. I think it turned out pretty good.

You already voted, now what? This isn’t the end. It’s just a start.

Here’s what you can do to make your vote count…
