Caine’s Arcade: The Power of Community and Making Dreams Come True

This is an inspiring story about Caine and his arcade.

9-year-old Caine, from East LA, would spend his summer vacations building an elaborate arcade in his dad’s auto parts store. Caine was a genius. Setting up cool games, activities and even a “fun pass” system. Everyday he would invite people to play his games for a minimal fee. Sadly, he didn’t have much luck.

Until film-maker Nirvan passed by and became his first customer.

Nirvan, using his contacts and the Internet spear-headed a flash mob that made Caine the “happiest boy” in the planet. Caine’s Arcade has inspired millions, and launched a movement to foster creativity and entrepreneurship in kids, via the Imagination Foundation: and his own blog

All it takes to spread happiness and joy in our world is for the normal folk to care and for community to join hands and make, well… MIRACLES!
