At the very least, MMORPGs teach shy kids social skills. I know a lot about swords and medieval weapons, and medieval and even modern armor because of Dungeons and Dragons. I know a lot about mythology and legends because of D&D. Sometimes teachers should take advantage of MMORPGs' appeal and combine it with their lesson plans to encourage students in their studies.
