Boy Donates Wii to Help Poor

December 29, 2007 · Filed Under General, Musings, Gaming

It always warms my heart to hear tales about good Samaritans.

And that’s exactly what an 11-year-old boy in the U.S. of A. did.

Tyler Strasser hosted a toy drive recently, where everyone who donated got a raffle ticket to compete in a Nintendo Wii bowling competition. The winner will get to take home the Wii.

The toy drive was organized to help the needy. Little Tyler has been collecting stuff and giving them to those in need since he was three.

“It just makes you really feel good that you’re helping other people, and I know that it is my job from God.” Strasser said.Good kid! I just wish there were more like him. I guess it’s time for us to consider sharing our blessing too, right?

But Wait! There’s more! The Waukster is giving away P5,000 worth of goodies in his New Year raffle! Check it out!
