So sorry for this off-topic post.
I’m both horrified and appalled by this one. It’s all over the news and TV.
Bong Alvarez, once a great Filipino pro-basketball player, first bloodies a taxi driver with a bottle while drunk and then plants a shoulder at ABS-CBN reporter, Gretchen Malalad. Poor girl.
But look at what Gretchen does to the loser after that.
Too bad the bail is cheap. This loser should rot in jail. What do you think?

That was totally uncalled for and not to mention stupid of him. Not only should he be jailed and pay for damages, he should get therapy too – A LOT of therapy.
He probably thinks that he’s still a superstar of some sort. But as we all know, pera-pera lang ang usapan sa pilipinas.
he’s got issues, a lot of issues. he doesn’t know the definition of accountability.
Bong Alvarez is a retarded fool. He is already in a police precinct for a count of assault and what does he do? He threatens a camera man and beats up a reporter. Real brain donor. They can lock him up and throw away the key for the next hundred years for all I fucking care.
Of course, the reporter should’ve left him alone. Problem with the media is some of them get too overzealous in their pursuit of a story.
The damn cops are also to blame. The fight shouldn’t have gotten to that point. Hindi ba sila marunong umawat? Well, we all know that the cops have an arrangement with the media – they let ‘dramatic’ instances of minor violence occur within a precinct so long as it’s caught on video. The media is happy, they give the cops good press for a job well done and everyone goes home feeling nice and glowy.
Bullshit.
