Blizzard Trolled for $30M: China Opens Unlicensed WoW Theme Park



Without any IP rights or deals from Blizzard, dudes over at Changzhou, Jiangsu province in China opened “Joyland”, a ripped off theme park of World of Warcraft and Starcraft. Check it out!

With an estimated cost of 200 M Yuan (USD 30M), the recently opened theme park consists of 7 sections spread over 600,000 square meters. Two of the most notable sections are the WoW section dubbed “Terrain of Magic” and the Starcraft-inspired section called “Universe of Starship”.
