"Epidosical"

Episodical po...

1 thing, players don't give crap about what you SAY you have control over.

They want their money's worth. If you pay for 1 week unlimited load and out of that 1 week you are only able to play 3 or 4 days with shitloads of LAG then who would be happy?

I work for a software development company. There is such a thing as a TESTING phase before implementing anything to production environments.

I'll go straight to the point. Masyado kayo pasikat sa ginawa ninyong pag patch ng demise of morroc. Not even a month after the server merge.

A merge which had so many problems that players have been crying foul over the past weeks, yet you proceeded with launching the new patch despite of all the problems.

The result?!? Do I even have to say it? Just check ragnaboards and you'll find out how happy your players are with your service.

If you give the players enough reasons to play, they will play.

hmm I think that's the wrong context GM T. IMO... I think it's if you give the players enough reasons to enjoy playing the game, they will play (and pay of course).

Also, yeah it's really nigh impossible for developers to give content on demand but what about bug-fixes or patches? Usually it takes forever for a game-breaking glitch to be patched and the usual method of dealing with said glitch while the remedy is still way's off with bans and account lockings. Can't you guys organize something like Patch Tuesday (aside from the usual server maintainance as this is pointed to the devs) or something?

But then in the end that issue comes down to the community doesn't it? If the players who know of the exploit stop others from using it instead of flaunting the hack then the game world would be a much more enjoyable place.
