GmTristan.com started as a blog formed in February 2007 to cater to gamers and give them content, tips and advisories pertaining mostly to massively multiplayer online role-playing games or MMORPGs. Since then, the blog has diversified to cover many additional topics such as infotech, news, events coverage, and Internet Pop Culture. Over the years, the blog has been nominated for various awards in the Philippines, has consistently been in the Top 50 blogs in the country and has also partnered with various, top online gaming websites such as MMORPG.com

The blogger behind GmTristan.com is Mon Macutay (twitter @gmtristan) also more popularly known as “GM Tristan” in Level Up’s many online games where he is currently the Marketing Director. The author is also an entrepreneur, gamer, techie, event host and social media practitioner/consultant.
