We started with around 4,000++ until GM Anael announced that the EXP will be extended if we break 10,000. Sure enough, the fans started pouring in. Thanks to all those who joined and “fanned” the page. This just shows how great social networks are in promoting your brand (and how pRO players love EXP mods too hahaha).

Last Feb 12, 2010, we officially opened the KOS servers to the public. The game, our latest FPS, is now on Open Beta. This means that will be NO more wiping of characters. You can now go and register for an account (for FREE). Meanwhile, those that have beta passes even for the CBT, can still use that to log-in to the game. All those are still valid.

It’s finally here. Selected countries were given access to the Closed Beta Testing (CBT) of one of the world’s most anticipated sequels, StarCraft 2. CBT starts this Feb.
There have been mixed reactions about the game but majority of it, I heard is good. I saw some of the videos. Better head to the official site to keep abreast of the latest news. Gotta agree to what Codamon wished: that Pinoys be given access to the CBT too.

First I thought it was just a bunch of useless and witty fan pages at Facebook. But the power of digital media and social networks is apparent when these so-called, “nonsensical” pages appeared at my news feed. Examples such as “Nung Bata ako Nung bata ako kumain ako ng nectar ng santan sa garden 
) and Nung bata ako, hinihipan ko yung BALA ng FAMILY COMPUTER para GUMANA are my current favorites. These pages have more than 80,000 fans!
They even have more fans than official pages posted by companies and products… the very same companies that spend millions of marketing money on them. To think that zero advertising budget was used in these “Nung Bata Ako” pages. Great springboard for marketing, if you ask me.
