With a lot of vehicles water-damaged by Ondoy, I’d like to share with you some tips on how to repair ‘em.
Coming up after the break…
I’m reposting below a list of ways for you to drop off donations in kind or send money to help the victims of Ondoy.
This is from the official advisory of ABS-CBN News. I hope this helps.
Meanwhile, you CAN use your mobile phone to donate too. You can donate up to P100 (you can do multiple text messages).
Just text RED <space> AMOUNT and then send to 2899 (Globe) or 4483 (Smart)
Typhoon Ondoy wrecked havoc to Luzon on the day of my birth. September 26, 2009. This was also supposed to be the day that me and my friends go out to Baseco, Tondo to throw a small party to 100 children there and distribute donations of cash and in-kind from pledges here and abroad.
I regret to say that this event is cancelled indefinitely. All the monetary donations and those in-kind are with me for safe-keeping.

With 2 new storms in the horizon that will hit our country, we just hope that typhoon Ondoy is the worst already. With the coming tropical depressions, it won’t hurt to create your own disaster kit. All you need is an old/spare backpack, some essential supplies. Do this for EACH MEMBER of the family and then keep it in a handy place.
When disaster strikes, all you need is to pick it up and you’re good to go. The list of what to include after the jump.
Puregold is just a couple meters beside our house here in San Juan.
There’s a basement there that houses the wet market section and some dry goods (rice, food, household items, etc.). Ondoy flooded the entire basement level totally destroying all goods and merchandise. Now, the merchants are selling at street level. The water level there at the basement is most likely 15 to 20 meet. I took this video this morning. Unbelievable!

I will never forget this date. And yes, it’s my birthday too.
On this day, September 26, 2009, typhoon Ondoy left the Metro and nearby areas in a state of calamity. Bringing about rainfall equal to a month’s worth in just 6 hours, the highest since 1967, Ondoy left many parts of Metro Manila under water. The major rivers overflowed. Hardest hit were the cities of Marikina, Pasig and Cainta.
Hundreds were stranded and scores died as the flood waters devoured entire homes, villages and ate cars like a hungry behemoth.
Being a blogger is no joke. Just maintaining a single blog is indeed heavy work. Now, imagine maintaining several; and juggling your time between blogging and your other real-life responsibilities become a chore.
In this post, my goal is to teach you what skills you need to sharpen as a blogger. Hopefully, this will make your blog(whether it’s just a business or you turn semi-pro on it and earn money) better and also, it’s a timesaver too.
Thanks to the creative talents of LU peeps from the Creatives/Marketing Services department, you can now listen to the new LIVE 2009 Radio Commercial.
Led by MS Manager Dana Tan, the talents in this RC are all from Level Up. Neat huh? Congrats for a job well done!
Asteeg!

Ever since that VMA incident, a lot of memes and spoofs have cropped up over the web about Kanye West.
